We’ll be meeting in Zlín this Thursday. Preparations are in full swing, so we’ve put together all the important organisational information for you in one place.

- All you need is a digital copy on your mobile. If you haven’t received your ticket, please email us at konference@koma-modular.cz .
Wi-Fi connection
We recommend that you do not leave your registration until the last minute, ať v klidu stihnete zahájení konference.
Parking
You can park at one of the recommended car parks near the venue.
We would like to ask you to parkoviště Březnická nechali pro organizátory a přednášející.
We recommend making use of, in particular, Velké kino car park, které nabízí největší kapacitu – až pro 210 vozidel. Děkujeme za pochopení!

The conference will be simultaneously interpreted between Czech and English.
Přednáška Harryho van Zandwijka proběhne v angličtině a bude simultánně tlumočena do češtiny.
Headphones will be available at the registration desk. The presenter will also remind you to use them throughout the day.

What to do during the break?
Watch how the visual record is created
The entire conference will be visually recorded by Jana Skřivánková from Freshlines.cz. We’d love it if you could pop by to see her artwork at some point during the day and watch it gradually transform.

During the break, you can freshen up, have a tasty snack or a drink from Rudolf Jelínek and thus lift the spirit.

Discover modularity
Works by students from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Tomas Bata will be exhibited in the foyer, each exploring the theme of modularity in their own way.

Recordings
A recording will be made of the conference audiovisual recording, which will be available within 5 days of the conference.
Please note that photographs and other audiovisual recordings will also be taken during the conference.
